Working with Overview Collective, I acted as Creative Director, creating a tech-centered exhibit for the United Nations Development Program. I sourced and managed special developments which included multiple technological breakthroughs. These included an interactive touchscreen map that showcased the UNDP portfolio with custom data visualization, built in Unreal Engine and a custom AI program and interface that was trained to answer both quantitative and qualitative questions on 20 years of the UNDP portfolio. Additionally I designed the exhibition both and created animated content that reinforced the impact of the UNDP's global efforts.

Presidential Debate Series, 2024

What would debates were inclusive, informative and innovative? This was the subject first approached between myself and Free & Equal which guided the process of creating a Presidential debate platform. I worked as Creative Director and Producer, designing and facilitating XR content and building an interactive design methodology for live-stage production. I drafted and oversaw refinement of existing technical and creative processes as well as managing a team of 17 volunteers, personnel and contractors. Additionally I wrote and prepared outgoing communications including decks, PR and more. As producer I oversaw the launch of website as well as production of a custom block-chain voting app which would inform which candidates make it to the debate stage..

Working with the Thinkwell Group I’d work with set manufacturers to create digital-to-physical and physical-to-digital assets that integrated into a rotunda-style theaters. A life-size Statue of Liberty hand was recreated in 3D to showcase three different historical states. The Lincoln Memorial was reproduced by photo-scanning the building interior and exterior. These and other historical backgrounds were integrated within the walk-through experience.

Working with Thinkwell Group I created digital assets for the Harry Potter Forbidden Forest experience which would be used in multiple projection-hologram sections of the exhibit. Detailed models of Centaurs were created using original film concept art and film footage stills as reference. Additionally I animated animals used in various interactive sections.

Working with the Thinkwell Group I worked with set manufacturers to create digital-to-physical and physical-to-digital assets that integrated into a series of rotunda-style theaters to celebrate American history. A life-size Statue of Liberty hand was recreated in 3D to showcase three different historical states, and multiple virtual lighting scenarios. Detailed digital assets of the Lincoln Memorial were created by photo-scanning the building interior, exterior and detailed statue , which were reconstructed in 3D. These and other historical backgrounds and architectural elements were integrated within the walk-through experience.

Working with Bloomberg, I created large-scale video presentations for the New Economy Forum in China which included motion-graphics, data visualization and more for the entire run-of-show. Content was displayed for 5 free-standing curved LED walls which utilized Diguise playback. Additional content was made for the plenary and secondary conference rooms. Featured speakers included luminaries such as Michael Bloomberg, Bill Gates and Henry Kissinger.

Working with Kenzo Digital and Dirt Empire studios, I provided art direction, technical direction and animated key scenes for Beyonce’s projection mapped performance for World Humanitarian Day at the United Nations. 15 projectors illuminated a seamless cylindrical scrim within the United Nations General Assembly Hall, covering the 240 degree raised slats. This work included input from several teams, including branding and ID from Droga 5 and RSA. I converted raw 3D scans into precise digital models for design

Beyonce’s performance at the 2011 Billboard awards celebrated her artistic career featuring a live performance of her hit single, “Girls (Who Run The World)”. I’d worked with director Kenzo Digital, creating scenes which would interact with Beyonce’s live televised choreography. Green-screen performances were shot with the artist weeks in advance and composited into unique sequences including both Beyonce and the LES twins. A mix of 3D and motion graphics elements were brought together into a seamless experience that national television had not previously experienced.

Using motion capture, face capture and 3d scanning technologies, I created a Kanye West digital double for this dark music video. Working with director Nick Knight and Kanye West directly, digital assets were turned around by the day. I sourced and brought in multiple companies to provide software, hardware solutions, building a global hardware support team within a week’s notice and assembled a 3D production team in London. The final product experimented with digital production and animation for a unique music video experience.

For Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” music and Grammy's performance I worked with director Nick Knight in order to realize concept and execute 3D animation and effects. We created a high resolution 3D planet Earth, dripping with black iridescent oil that would play behind her on stage (unfortunately the projector broke). Working with Knight I provided finishing concept for the final portion of the video and produced various insets that were loosely based on pop culture imagery.

I worked as Creative Director to transform a decommissioned retail space on 34th Street into The Largest Virtual Reality Experience on this side of the planet. 55 independent VR headsets were installed within 12,500 sq feet of space and three floors. I was responsible for hiring and contracting personnel and contractors, overseeing timelines and fabrication, events design, marketing, developing human resource and cultural materials, licensing, fundraising and sponsorship. I developed (in conjunction with SuperBright) custom software for RFID check in systems and content playback for all of the experiences within this highest grossing and most visited VR facility in the U.S.
